Kristi M. Rogers is a leading executive and former senior government official with extensive international leadership experience in the public and private sectors. Today, she is the managing director (and co-founder) of Principal to Principal, bringing together senior executive leaders and policy decision-makers in an intimate and confidential setting to consider new and constructive approaches to today’s multifaceted public policy issues. Principal to Principal also assists Boards of Directors and C-suite executives in successfully addressing complex challenges.
A recovering start-up CEO, Kristi successfully launched two companies with extensive overseas operations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Qualys Inc., the Advisory Council for ForgePoint Capital, the Women’s Foreign Policy Group Board of Directors, Business Executives for National Security (BENS) Board of Directors, and Independent Director on the Board of NowSecure.
Kristi is also the President of the Michigan State Society and a regular speaker at Michigan State University’s College of Social Science and other institutions.
